Clark County Desert Conservation Program
Description
Strategic Solutions used process-based evaluation and assessment to review past and present public information and education projects that have been supported by funding from the Clark County Desert Conservation Program. Our development of criteria for rating the effectiveness of a project ultimately produced quality recommendations for continued support of projects best suited to reach the intended audiences and meet the identified objectives of the Public Information and Education Program.
Outcome
Staff delivered a matrix to be used as a tool by the County to measure the ongoing effectiveness of various public information and education projects.
