Description: The RTC III Citizens Advisory Committee recommended a ballot initiative development to secure $2.7 billion in funding for future transportation projects. Terry Murphy served as a volunteer on the RTC III Funding Committee, presented public information and outreach services, participated in a public information campaign promoting support for the initiative. Activities included public speaking engagements, focus groups, and public opinion polls.

Outcome: The transportation funding initiative in 2002 passed successfully.
