Attainable Housing Summits

Client: Southern Nevada Home Builders Association (SNHBA)

Description: Strategic Solutions worked in conjunction with the Southern Nevada Home Builders Association to coordinate and present two attainable housing summits. The summits brought together local government officials, management, and planners with the development community to discuss what was happening in our community, regarding housing availability and pricing. In addition to, the widening gap between the median price of a home and the average household income. The goal was to develop awareness and commence dialogue on how the private and public sectors could collectively work toward resolving the current attainable housing situation.

Outcome: A dialogue initiated between the public and private sectors in effort to explore creative ideas and substantive suggestions on how to stave off the attainable housing crisis and mitigate impacts affecting members of our service-industry community.
